About the PRA
Welcome to the Purdue Rowing Association (PRA) website! While the Purdue Crew was founded in 1949, the PRA was founded in 1985 by a team of 60's alumni to support the Purdue Crew. Its first goal was to fund a full-time coach. Since then the crew and coaching staff have grown. See goals to the right. The PRA is comprised of alumni and friends of the Crew, and new alumni are added each year.
This website is funded by alumni donations, and we hope you will join us to hear the latest on Crew events, as well as rowing events in your neighborhood. Who knows, you might just get in that boat again!

Provide networking opportunitites for the Alumni, crew, and friends including regularly held events.

Implement appropriate communication opportunities for Alumni to further connect and engage in rowing events, and crew updates.

Maintain historical recordkeeping of the crew including written, recorded, and archival items.
